CHINA – MING BRICK AND TILE-MAKING DRAWINGS. Song Yingxing

Beijing. The Ming Tombs. The tomb of Emperor Chang Ling (1424). The displays in the main sacrificial hall, the Hall of Eminent Favour, include sections on various achievements in exploration, trade and literature. They include this on a book called The Exploration of the Works of Nature by Song Yingxing describing and illustrating the brick and tile industry.
